Cold Front Passing……Today is Warmest Day of at Least the Next 10January 13th, 2014 at 1:44 pm by Chad Evans under Chad's WLFI Weather Blog
After a high of 51.0, we have fallen back to 48.2 with passage of cold front. Skies look partly to mostly cloudy the rest of the day with breezy to windy conditions. The warm spot as of 1:48 p.m. is 52.0 at Crawfordsville.
Winds overnight gusted to 33 mph at the station & have gusted to 28 mph so far today.
They have been southwesterly, but will turn westerly with winds decreasing to 10-15 mph tonight.
Snow showers still look likely tomorrow-tomorrow night-Wednesday morning with 1″ or less for most of the area. However, it does look possible that some patchy areas north & northeast of Lafayette will receive 1-2″.
