Update
Looking at new data, I just want to stay the course of 3-6″. I still like 18:1 ratio with the snow coming in late Thursday night & the heaviest part of it coming through Friday morning, then ending by late afternoon-evening.
If I need to cut this, I will & I definitely will begin to detail this more over the next 24 hours. Right now, I like these numbers, but I cannot tell you who will get 3″, who will get 3.2″, 4″, or 3.1″, even 5.5″.
I just can’t ignore my analog data or the 850-700 mb frontagenic forcing & banding with low-level jet nosing in & upper jet riding into the banding late Thursday night-Friday.
Again, I will change this if I need to, but right now, statistical evidence & analysis of past events pulls me towards 3-6″ rather than nothing or 1″ or 1-2″.
Here’s hoping your right on this!
I like it. Go with your gut and past events. I hope you prove the models wrong!
This forecast is a nightmare will it snow how much and when? Everyone has different answers. In Chad I trust
