Skies Clearing…….State of Emergency Declared In Tennessee From Ice Storm

Our skies are clearing & any flurries flirting with our southern counties are gone.  Winter storm continues to stay southeast of us with State of Emergency declared in Tennessee from ice storm.

Another winter storm may bring 12″ of snowfall to the Smokey Mountains Thursday-Friday with 4-10″ of snowfall Alabama to Georgia.  The grass could be whitened to Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

This one looks to stay south of us.

There will be a clipper Thursday & one Saturday evening-night to Sunday.  This doesn’t look like a big deal with a dusting in places.

A clipper Monday may bring up to 1″ of snowfall, though & one Wednesday may deposit up to 1″.

Otherwise, it is much colder weather.  In fact, daytime highs may be the coldest since the winter of 2010-11.
