River Stage Information

LAFAYETTE (BROWN STREET OVERLOOK)

Will crest at 16.7′ Tuesday morning (minor flood stage is 11′).

At 17′, Route 225 closes near Battle Ground, Tapawingo Trails flood in West Lafayette & Warren County Road 350N at Black Rock Preserve floods.  Water also gets near Tippecanoe County Road 950W south of County Road 75S.

COVINGTON (U.S. 136 BRIDGE)

Will crest at 20.2′ Thursday afternoon (minor flood stage is 16′)

At 20′, a few county roads & higher bottoms flood.  The first cottage upstream from U.S. 136 bridge may become isolated by flood waters.

All other creeks & streams are high or are flooding (minor), but have already crested from Prairie to Wildcat to Sugar Creek.
