December 31st, 2012 at 11:31 pm by under Chad's WLFI Weather Blog

Will go with 1-2″ north to south, keeping +3″ south of I-70 &  veering away from original 1-5″.

1″ in our northern counties looks fine with original forecast, but central & southern totals need to be cut to 1-2″.  Some lake effect snow showers are possible tomorrow, mainly in out northeastern & eastern areas.

Everyone have a happy New Year!

This is the last posting until tomorrow evening, as I will be with my family tonight & tomorrow.  I worked so much on-line & on-air over Christmas, I want solid time with them t0 start 2013.  I will have a snowfall total map posted at that point from this latest round.

I echo the sentiments of all the bloggers, wishing Chad and family, as well as the TV-18 staff….a safe, happy and prosperous new year. May God bless all of you bloggers as well. I only got a dusting of snow on the ground this morning but it snowed most of yesterday afternoon leaving .05 inch liquid which is a good thing!
