New Years Eve-Day Snowfall Potential

December 29th, 2012 at 2:00 pm by under Chad's WLFI Weather Blog

I see no reason to change the 1.5-6″ snowfall forecast for New Years Eve-Day.  The 1.5″ amount would be toward Morocco, with the 6″ amount towards Ladoga & Thorntown to Atlanta.  Right now, 3-3.5″ looks good for Lafayette/West Lafayette area.  Timing of snowfall onset would likely be Monday evening.

Stay tuned, this is subject to change as new data arrives.
