The snow will taper this evening & the windy conditions with gusts over 35 mph will be replaced with gusts of 30, then 25, then 20 mph.
Blowing & drifting will still be an issue on west-east roadways, especially in rural areas, though.
Still coming down in Rochester with windy conditions. Gave up on sidewalk….
