Monticello Weather Station

December 21st, 2012 at 10:17 pm by under Chad's WLFI Weather Blog

I have received a lot of email regarding the lack of a Monticello temperature/wind gust/rainfall total recently on my evening map.

The Monticello weather station is have a problem transmitting data.  The temperature sensor, anemometer & automatic rain gauge appear to be okay, but the data has been hours & hours old recently.  In fact, the temperature in its software has not updated since 4:33 p.m. yesterday, despite the sensor still transferring data.

This station is run by the White County EMA office.  I am in touch with them about it & we hope to have the problem resolved soon.

Thank you everyone for your patience!

Chad
