It is a record-warm day in places with gusty winds, especially in our western & southwestern counties.
A band of showers & t’storms will form to our west this evening with isolated severe storms possible in parts of central & northern Illinois.
Here, this band, along with a few renegade showers & t’showers in front of it will pass tonight-Tuesday morning with 0.30-0.60″ rainfall, generally.
