Nice Weather Pattern Settling In with Dry, Mild, Bright Days

Tranquil pattern with very dry, mild weather (with gradual warm-up to above-normal temperatures) will continue over the next 7 days with split, zonal flow over all, but the northeastern U.S.

In fact, some places will see 60 by early next week.  Periodic cirrus/altostratus/altocumulus will pass through on the southern fringe of zonal polar jet racing from west to east to our north.  However, overall, the days will be mostly sunny.

Next potential of any rainfall will in the form of scattered showers the day before Thanksgiving.  Coverage looks to run near 35% with 0.10-0.20″ currently expected.  Thanksgiving itself looks dry & mostly sunny with highs in the mid 40s.
