Thursday early morning will be foggy & frosty.  Visibility is already reportedly dropping below 3 miles in places with airport AWSO/ASOS visiblity as low as 4 miles. Visibility will drop as low as 0.25 miles in places by early morning with lows in the 20s to around 30.  Have your ice scraper handy, as if your automobile is out, you will have a heavy coating of frost in the morning.
