It will cloud up on Election Day with some showers arriving in the afternoon & into the evening.  Coverage will run around 45% with a chilly southeast, then south wind with highs of 43-46.

This will occur after morning lows of 24-27 with a heavy frost & some fog in places as high/mid clouds begin to stream in.
