Wind Gusts Today-Tonight & Current Wind Forecast For Our Area

Wind gusts of 45-50 mph are possible Tuesday 7 a.m. – 1 p.m., before decreasing to 30-40 mph in the afternoon. Sustained winds of 15-30 mph will occur.

    Have already had a gust at 33 mph this morning. What a storm this is. Watching snow and frz rain move into eastern and north central IN.

    Wishing I was in Virginia right now! They are sooo lucky! I wish the snow would reach us, but, as usual, we get nada! :(

    For those of you outside at 12:20 this afternoon in the Peru area, yes those were snowflakes mixed in w/the drizzling rain/sleet! Altho temps at ground level were at 42, the large (very widely scattered) snowflakes obviously formed wayyy up there and fell rapidly due to high moisture content. Won’t count as first snow, as not measurable, but quite a sight!

    The snow is coming Crista! I still think we will see snow here in November and a lot of snow in March. Snowflakes in Peru! Thats not far away Crista. It’s been a cold and wet Fall so far. This is just about what I thought it would be like. It’s going to snow here in November Crista! I know you are ready! You are going to love next March.
