September 2012: First Colder-Than-Normal Month In a Year

September 2012 was 1.5 degrees below normal overall at WLFI. This is the first month below normal since September 2011.
Both months had above-normal rainfall after a hot, dry pattern for a chunk of the summer (2012 more so than 2011).
