Warmest Day Since April 3, But No +80°……..Rain & Some T’Storms Tonight-Early Monday Morning
Upper 70s occurred all across the viewing area today, but no one hit 80. We have not had an 80 or greater temperature since April 3. Nonetheless, today was the warmest day since that April 3.
I am not too concerned about any severe threat tonight. However, an isolated severe wind gust (55-60 mph) is possible as the far southern edge of stronger winds aloft just side-swipe Benton, Newton & Jasper counties. This may allow a small bowing segment to develop in the band of rain & a few t’storms that passes. Some line/small bowing segments are discernible in the band of rain & some t’storms near St. Louis. This band of rain & some t’storms would tend to pass in the 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. time frame.

Praying we get some much needed rain!! Two inches would be nice, although of course we dont want it in an hour, LOL!!
Thanks, Chad!!
More rain would sure be welcome! And despite not hitting 80 today, you could sure feel the humidity… actually turned on the a/c for a couple hours.
