A large area of rain & some t’storms continues to pass through as of 11:37 a.m. after a scattering of rainfall earlier this morning.  A break in the rain is likely this afternoon.  With the potential of some additional rain late in the afternoon & into evening.

We actually got the 5K in this morning in West Lafayette, despite a little rain prior to it & rain all around us.  Since its end, the rain & storms have overspread the area, but I am thinking that the conditions will improve as we edge towards the 1 p.m. start time for the Purdue Spring football game as the back edge of this mass of rain is nearing the state line.
