Update

February 10th, 2012 at 9:14 pm by under Chad's WLFI Weather Blog

Snowfall totals vary from 0.8-1.4″ from the spotter reports I have received as of 9:15 p.m.  Blowing & drifting is an issue & roads are icy with temperatures now dropping into the upper teens in our northwest.

The gusty winds have been measured as high as 41 mph.  The stronger gusts have yet to arrive in our eastern counties, but have been as high as 26 mph.

NOTE TO SPOTTERS:  Make sure you add any snowfall you had this morning to your email, in addition to what you have had earlier today, if you can.

1-2″ still looks good for final totals with 2-3″ in the far north & perhaps +3″ in northern Jasper County to northwestern Pulaski counties.

Chad I would have to look real hard to get an inch of snow out there. The ground is covered but you can see grass yet. My peak wind was 33 mph at 7:35 p.m. Temp is down to 20*.
