What a crazy day that was…The city of Indianapolis witnessed an epic game played played between the Giants and Patriots. In the end it really was a game of runs. The Giants got out to a fast start and led 9-0 before the Patriots came all the way back on a 17-0 run of their own to lead 17-9 and looked like they were in complete control. But in the end a Manning had the last laugh in Lucas Oil Stadium, pretty fitting if you ask me.

I talked with Rob Ninkovich after the game and he was great for a guy who had just lost the biggest game of his life. I barely recognized him without his playoff beard that he had already shaved off. We waited around as long as we could for Matt Light but the 3 time Super Bowl Champion and former Boilermaker was no where to be seen.

I am so thankful I got to witness that game in person and leaving tonight I think the city of Indianapolis will be hosting another Super Bowl in the not to distant future.

My MVP of Super Bowl XLVI is the Giants special teams unit. They were sensational. However, I understand why little brother Eli was a shoe in for the award in the house that Payton built.
