This week consider dining out in downtown Lafayette. Six restaurants are participating in a fundraiser for the upcoming Hunger Hike.

Bea One, Spurlocks, Bistro 501, La Scala, Adelino’s and the Bluefin Bistro are all taking part in the third annual event.

“Celebrity” maitre d’s will host patrons dining in any of the six restaurants.  Mike Cleff will be at LaScala tonight (September 14th). I will be at Spurlocks on Tuesday. Jeff Smith will be at Bea One on Wednesday. We will be there from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m.

Hunger Hike is on Sunday, September 20th. Registration starts at 12:30 at Riehle Plaza. The walk starts at 2:00p.m. Proceeds benefit Food Finders Food Bank, Lafayette Urban Ministry, and  St. Thomas Aquinas Haiti Project.
